Política de reembolso

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in “like-new” condition.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at info@shopvictorybeyond.com with their order number. Once your request is received, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please note that custom-made items, special orders, and final sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
